friends.
We are the cool bisdak (bisayang dako) Filipinos scattered all over
the globe.
Together with our friends, we have taken up the challenge of uniting our
efforts and our resources for a common cause — to do something for
our suffering countrymen and — help move our country forward.
We started as SunStar Online
posters. Beyond being a Filipino, our commonality stems from speaking the
"bisaya" dialect.
We are not in any way connected to any
political party and we like it that way.
We will not allow our cause to be used
as a political platform of anyone, they be members or donors.
We also welcome new members, donors,
questions and ideas.

The excellent one said: Without vision, people perish.
I have not seen people with so much passion, dreams and zeal yet still
having fun- such as I have seen in us all.
It is, yes and still is, this dream which prompted a man , in the midst of
having fun in a forum entitled
Guapo ug Guapa ba ang mga Bisaya?...to cry out from within his heart.."Is
there anyone from among the posters
here who would take up the challenge to set up an organization, where we can
send our own share to help our less privileged kababayan?
That was not too long ago, June 7, 2004 to be exact. It is the same love
and conviction that on June 15, 2004, another one picked
the cue and Bisdak and Friends was organized.
This same dream that prompted lovers, dreamers and intellectuals to stand up
and say "YES, COUNT ME IN!"
In a matter of two months, Bisdak and Friends has evolved into an
organization called MoveOnPhilippines-Int'l.org with its own website.
My fellow lovers and dreamers, despite all odds, and bound only by our
passionate pursuit to give,
we have made a great step towards achieving our goals and visions. We have
started to wade the stream with faith that nearby is the river.
Let us not forget however that all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
Let's continue to have fun, continue to
indulge in our corny postings, our sometimes not so funny jokes and our
hilarious balaks.
Let us not stop being who we were when we first met. Here's to
Philippines and here's to us.
